The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance specialists, ensuring consistently high service standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the team’s more complex technical queries.
- Conduct site visits to assess quality, address challenging issues, and uphold rigorous standards.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, enabling prompt and effective problem resolution.
- Oversee in-house maintenance work to meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including RAMS and necessary approval records, and coordinate with third-party contractors as needed.
- Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, identifying and minimizing risks.
