Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and coordinating with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, handling routine tasks and contractor-managed projects.
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security) for all premises.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sustainability, reducing costs and environmental impact.
