1 Maintenance Manager (£55,000-£65,000)

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our in-house maintenance team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can combine effective leadership with a willingness to step in and use the tools when needed, ensuring all maintenance activities meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of maintenance specialists to deliver top-quality service.
  • Act as the point of contact for complex maintenance queries and provide expert solutions.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and coordinating with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, handling routine tasks and contractor-managed projects.
