This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and problem-solving responsibilities to deliver exceptional results for a diverse range of clients.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance specialists, ensuring consistently high service standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the team’s more complex technical queries.
  • Conduct site visits to assess quality, address challenging issues, and uphold rigorous standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, enabling prompt and effective problem resolution.
  • Oversee in-house maintenance work to meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including RAMS and necessary approval records, and coordinate with third-party contractors as needed.
  • Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, identifying and minimizing risks.

  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques, along with a solid understanding of commercial building systems, electrical, and plumbing.
