Job Title: MEP Building Services Manager
Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)
Location: Greater London (located between central & North London)

An internationally recognised design & build contractor, with a history spanning back over 75 years are currently seeking a M&E Building Services Manager. Since inception, the company have evolved and grown becoming one of the most construction firms in the UK whereby they have successfully design, developed and constructed a diverse range of projects varying across the commercial office, data, education, heritage, hotel & leisure and residential construction sectors.
Due to consistent business growth and an ever growing orderbook, my client now has an upcoming vacancy for a M&E Building Services Manager. This role, presents a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager/ MEP Building Services Manager to join an employer who prioritise staff wellbeing and investment, highlighted through staff tenure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate MEP design drawings & specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in the procurement and appointment of MEP subcontractors & suppliers.
- Develop and maintain MEP programme and schedules, aligning it with the overall construction timeline.
- Oversee the installation of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design & quality standards.
- Lead and manage MEP supply chain to ensure installation is delivered in accordance with programme milestones.
- Monitor MEP budgets and track expenditure.
- Provide MEP technical guidance to site personnel.
- Ensure HSE standards are adhered to at all times.
- Manage testing & commissioning of MEP systems, verifying that all systems meet performance criteria.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A relevant qualification mechanical and/ or electrical building services qualification.
- A proven track record leading MEP projects valued upwards of 5 million MEP value.
- Committed to delivering an exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to perform under pressure and work within dynamic project environments.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary ranging between 75,000 - 85,000
- Reimbursed travel expenses or car allowance
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based).
- 25 days holiday.
