About the role of a M&E Manager
The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) requirements for the development of the site ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective work, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service and delivering within the required timescales.
Responsibilities for a Building Services Manager
You will manage the day to day running of the MEP requirements for the development and provide clear direction to those working on the construction site ensuring their responsibilities and targets are communicated and understood.
Requirements for a Building Services Manager
Residential experience is essential
HNC or Degree in Building Services/ or Mech or Elec Engineering
Experience in design, construction and commissioning stages of MEP management
High technical expertise in MEP services, process engineering
What we offer for a Building Services Manager
A salary of around 75,000 to 80,000
