Looking to recruit a Multi trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Tower Hamlets
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
- Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, remedial Carpentry works, repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
Requirements:
- Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
- Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
