Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trader for immediate hire in London, covering areas such as Liverpool Street, Paddington, Battersea, and South Kensington.
The ideal candidate should be a good English speaker, have a DBS check, and possess NVQ2/3 in carpentry, with a preference for a chippy background.
Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility and a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000, plus overtime opportunities.
The role involves various tasks including fire door installations, kitchen fittings, and general maintenance in schools and offices.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and will be provided with a van and fuel card.

We are looking for Multi Trader ASAP for London (Areas Covered - Liverpool Street, Paddington, Battersea and South Kensington)

Good English speaker.
DBS check.
Don’t need CSCS card. NVQ2/3 in carpentry.
Multi Trader - Chippy background preferred.

Working hours – 8 – 5 (but flexible)
Monday – Friday - £40,000 - £45,000
Overtime Available
Van and fuel card (Renault Traffic or Ford Transit).

Do lots schools and offices.

10 jobs that this individual might have on any given week may include.

1. Fire door set removal and instillation

2. Kitchen fitting inclusive of basic plumbing

3. Stud portioning including dry lining and tap/jointing

4. Small decorating tasks - we have a team of decorators

5. Bespoke units

6. General maintenance building tasks and small works, this could be as simple as moving a picture / basic plumbing / ease and adjust doors - windows

7. Fencing / gates

8. Ground works within parks

9. High specification and fishing work

10. Small to large refurbishment projects from £5k - £1m
