About the Role:

We are delighted to partner with our client to find a passionate and highly organised individual to join their team in London as a Night Resident Service Manager.  This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to be the main point of contact for residents during night shifts, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and responsive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and emergencies during night shifts.
  • Conducting regular building walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are upheld.
  • Handling minor maintenance issues and reporting larger problems through the appropriate channels.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout shifts.
  • Ensuring security protocols are followed and responding to any security-related issues.
  • Completing detailed shift reports and handing over relevant information to the daytime team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel between sites if required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle emergencies.
  • Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills.
