- Working with the Head of Events to help coordinate the full life cycle of European events both onsite and off-site.
- Researching and managing conferences and the budget attached to this.Â
- Overseeing and managing operational processes
- Taking ownership of the onboarding and offboarding from an operations perspective. Setting up accounts, cancelling company cards etc.
- Assist with the office planning with a growing workforce
- Supporting projects from creating presentations to producing reports and able to understand operational data.Â
- Vendor management for cleaners, hospitality etc and track the budget for this area. Â
- 3-5 years in an Operations or Workplace role.
- Experience in a smaller environment where you have worked across a multitude of areas within operations. Such as events, workspace planning, reporting, health and safety, and facilities.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.
- High attention to detail
