4Site are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to join our client, overseeing high-end residential properties. This role demands exceptional client-facing skills, technical expertise, and strong leadership to manage maintenance operations seamlessly while delivering the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule trade teams and contractors, ensuring projects meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage and oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure prompt and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and establish proactive preventative maintenance strategies.
- Serve as the main client liaison, delivering progress updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Handle urgent and after-hours maintenance requests, organising effective responses to emergencies.
Key skills for the role:
- Proven track record in property maintenance management within the luxury residential sector.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), confident in liaising with discerning clients.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills to coordinate trade staff and external contractors.
- Familiarity with building systems such as electrical, HVAC, BMS, AV, and property maintenance standards.
- UK driving license is essential.
