My client are looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to join their team at a Independent Agency based in London, E1.Some responsibilities, but not limited:
- Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, on managed portfolio.
- Inspect buildings, sites for needed repair and maintenance work
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance and security services
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program; plan for long-term infrastructure needs
- Working alongside Property Manager with the Management of the Portfolio
- Using Goodlord CRM system
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Property Maintenance Manager
- Organised and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
