The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Luxury Property & Maintenance Manager to oversee inspections, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination across a prestigious portfolio. This dual-role position requires a proactive leader who can ensure impeccable property upkeep while delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management

• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts for efficient operations.
• Enhance guest experiences by maintaining luxury property standards.

Property Maintenance

• Oversee maintenance teams and coordinate with external service providers.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to uphold pristine property conditions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in luxury property or hotel maintenance management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
