The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Luxury Property & Maintenance Manager to oversee inspections, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination across a prestigious portfolio. This dual-role position requires a proactive leader who can ensure impeccable property upkeep while delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts for efficient operations.
- Enhance guest experiences by maintaining luxury property standards.
Property Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance teams and coordinate with external service providers.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to uphold pristine property conditions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in luxury property or hotel maintenance management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
