Our superb client in the Property Damage Restoration sector is seeking a number of Property Restoration Supervisors to join them on a full time permanent basis owing to business growth. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm covering London and the south of England..

Working as part of a specialist team, as a Supervisor, your role will be involved in the man management of a team of technicians and agency staff who are responsible for the restoration of commercial properties following flooding or fires, where the are stripping our those properties of their damaged fixtures and fittings and drying out / cleaning up of the properties. ensuring team compliance, provide support to Project Managers, assist your teams with technical difficulties, CDM, effective control of sub contract budget and costs, coordination of suppliers and deliveries to site, ensure staff productivity, regular report writing, team performance management, keeping accurate records, conducting appraisals, working to KPI’s, quality & Health& Safety audits, and other related duties.

To be considered for the role Property Restoration Supervisor, you will have previous experience in a similar damage restoration position along with construction site supervision, will ideally hold a PASMA and IPAF certificate, have manual dexterity, good level of electrical and mechanical knowledge, pc literate and a good level of general education.

You will have excellent communication skills along with empathy and customer service skills. You must be able to work away from home fon a regular basis during very busy times where accommodation will be paid and you will receive a £25.00 dinner allowance per night.

In return for the role of Property Restoration Supervisor, our client is offering a starting salary of £30,000, overtime over 40 hours, laptop, mobile phone, 25 days paid annual leave, plus statutory holidays, pension, life assurance after probationary period, social events, career training and progression.
