Position Overview: The company is seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager to oversee two key sites in North and East London. This role involves managing a team of up to 10 individuals, including maintenance professionals, resident service supervisors, and resident service assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a health and safety qualification, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and inspire a team of up to 10 staff.

    • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities.

    • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

  • Resident Services:

    • Oversee high-quality resident services.

    • Resolve resident queries and concerns promptly.

    • Coordinate resident events and community activities.

  • Property Maintenance:

    • Ensure both sites are maintained to high standards.

    • Schedule and oversee repairs and improvements.

    • Implement preventative maintenance programs.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

    • Promote a culture of safety among staff and residents.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

    • Monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within property management or hospitality.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
