Resident Services Manager

The Resident Services Manager (RSM) plays a crucial role in providing outstanding service to both current and prospective residents. This position focuses on delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience, ensuring all statutory Health & Safety requirements are met, and fostering a strong sense of community within the building. Maintaining the safety and security of the development is a top priority, with all issues addressed promptly and professionally to uphold the highest living standards for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with residents face-to-face, building strong relationships to create a welcoming and secure living environment.
  • Conduct property viewings and guided tours for prospective residents.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
  • Carry out pre-let and routine property inspections to uphold quality standards.
  • Oversee building security and manage resident administration in compliance with GDPR.
  • Monitor and report on Health & Safety tasks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Handle administrative duties, including generating reports from internal systems.
