This client-side business has recently acquired a small number of new buildings, and as such We're seeking a dynamic Residential Building Manager to lead the management and operations of two properties.

Nestled within the picturesque surroundings of South London, this position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a hugely growing part of this business. As the Residential Building Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, managing day-to-day operations, and upholding the highest standards of property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential building, ensuring smooth functioning.

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the building, including contracting with vendors and scheduling services.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

  • Maintain accurate records of building expenses, income, and tenant communications.

  • Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspections and security deposit handling.

  • Ensure common areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents.

  • Handle emergencies and security issues effectively, implementing necessary protocols to ensure resident safety.

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage retention and satisfaction.
