Senior Business Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Business Services Coordinator to join a small, impactful Supported Housing charity for. This new role is crucial as the charity undergoes a significant Change Programme to enhance operational efficiency across its sites. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow and providing administrative support to various teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Health and Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, provide necessary training, and maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Administer and support Office 365, SharePoint, and other office technologies. Provide onboarding and training for new employees to ensure effective use of systems.
  • Facilities & Equipment Management: Manage procurement, maintenance, and inventory of office equipment and supplies. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance to ensure functional office facilities.
  • Customer Service & Contract Management: Act as the first point of contact for both external and internal customers, manage feedback and complaints efficiently, and oversee contracts with service providers ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Available to start immediately.
  • Proven experience in internal office facilities or business services management.
  • Strong knowledge of Office management tools including Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
