Temporary Facilities Coordinator - starting immediately
Based in Central London-Fully Office based
£20phr plus holiday depending on experience Our client, a leading corporate company based in Central London, is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the smooth operation of their office facilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
- Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with contractors and service providers for repairs and servicing.
- Manage supplies and stock levels, ensuring adequate levels of stationery and office supplies.
- Support health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Assist in managing the office space allocation and room bookings.
- Handle incoming requests from staff for maintenance or operational support.
- Respond to ad hoc facilities issues or emergencies, providing prompt solutions.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a facilities coordination role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work on a temporary basis.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience with office relocations and event coordination.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
