Service Delivery Manager for the Insurance Sector in LondonWe are looking to fill an exciting opportunity as a Service Delivery Manager within Insurance sector. Our client is seeking an individual who can manage relationships between business stakeholders and IT service delivery, ensuring that expectations are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Manage communication channels between various parties involved in IT service delivery- Implement SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with vendors and ensure compliance - Identify areas of improvement within existing systems or processes- Ensure effective resolution of incidents by liaising with internal teams Qualifications & Skills Required:ITIL Certified - The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience working under this framework specifically relating to incident management, problem management, change control etc.Communication skills - An essential skill required given you will be acting as liaison amongst many different departments such as operations personnel, product development team members , software developers among others.
Management Experience - Must have previous work experiences managing vendor contracts effectively using SLA's across multiple locations/departments/teams.
Experience With Stakeholder Management- Candidates must demonstrate ability balancing stake holder demands against technical constraints while maintaining good rapport throughout every engagement.This role offers up to £525 per day (Umbrella) on an initial 12 month contract.
