Service Delivery Manager (SC Clearance, NPPV3)

I am currently recruiting for a Security Cleared Service Delivery Manager to join a leading organisation based in London. Within this position you will be working closely with operational, commercial and contractual stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of contracts being managed.

Rate - £515.00 per day outside ir35

Location - London - Hybrid work model

Duration - 6-12 Months

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive performance of client services, ensuring the client meets key performance indicators as set out in the contract and driving improvement
  • Drive governance with providers and external stakeholders to develop strategic relations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement - working with both internal and external managers and teams
  • Key Performance Indicators - working to ensure contracts are being managed effectively and non conformance is being dealt in a timely manner
  • Strong service delivery and operational delivery - Ensure monitoring of services via inspections and liase with internal teams and seek to facilitate and manage improvements
  • Analyse real time data where possible to identify issues and trends as they arise and work with providers to minimise impacts on the customer
  • You will have a line manager duty, in which you will be undertaking staff performance reviews, coaching and management of attendance and performance issues where necessary
