Our client, a critical public sector organisation, are looking to bring on a Service Manager to act as relief to the Head of Service Delivery. They are looking to have the Head of Service Delivery focus more on the strategic side of the project; to do this, they envision the new Service Manager to have meetings delegated to them and to be more focused on the operational side. A strong understanding of Service Management and experience with operational service delivery is required. Please note, due to the nature of the project, active Security Clearance is required.
The project is set within a business transformation in the department, looking at implementing a new Service Management tool to eventually scale to a one page dashboard for reporting.
