Service Transition Manager x4 (remote in the UK)I am recruiting for several service transition manages to work for a financial services client remotely in the UK. This role will be responsible for managing the introduction of change across the services, following principles ensuring the decision making of the change management group to reflect the team's commitment to safeguarding and protecting live serviceExperience

  • Experience of Release & Change processes
  • Experience of Change Management processes
  • Experience of managing stakeholder groups across all Departments
  • Defining and continuously improving the management system to identify, prioritise and track service improvements that have been raised through Service Transition activities.
  • Working with the Release / implementation teams for Continuous improvement of the
  • release process alongside the release teams
  • Previous or current experience in a Service Management, Release or Service Introduction
  • Management background
  • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and services.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methods.
  • Previous or current experience in a Service Management role.
  • Service Now knowledge and experience desirable.
  • ITIL qualifications
  • Knowledge or hands on experience in Release Management role.
  • A sound understanding of the Financial Services industry would be of benefit, though not essential

These roles is fully remote in the UK, six months length in contract, rate is £300 - £331 per day via umbrella and inside IR35.
