Contracts Supervisor
Location: West London
Salary: £44,000 - £50,000
The role:
Our client, a tier 1 Main Contractor is currently seeking a Contracts Supervisor to join their team in West London. As a Contract Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Operatives, driving performance and ensuring high quality of works completed. This role will be overseeing a repairs and maintenance contract.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee operatives and report on quality of work
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching, and performance reviews to inspire your team to excel.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess priorities and improve service delivery.
- Use scheduling systems to track workflows and implement strategies to meet demand.
- Analyse and report on repair system capacity and performance to identify trends and innovations.
- Site Inspections: Carry out site visits, inspect contractor work, and address quality issues.
- Order materials promptly, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
- Source materials at the best rates for value for money.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Proven experience supervising teams and managing budgets.
- Expertise in scheduling work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience Supervising within reactive maintenance projects for a main contractor
