Temporary Events and Facilities Officer required by a leading membership organisation based in the City of London. This is a TEMPORARY ROLE for circa 9 months – pay rate is £17.85 to £19.65 per hour (PAYE) – working 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri) – this is a fully office based role due to the nature of the duties – offices located in the City of London (TFL Zone 1) - interviews ASAP.The post holder will provide administrative support to the Events and Facilities Manager, in particular reference to responding to event requests, providing information to ensure events consistency. You will also administer and document all facilities activities within their building, ensuring health and safety standards are met, planned maintenance is undertaken and respond to colleague requests, as well as to those from members and visitors.You will also help to promote a positive health and safety culture alongside the Head of Facilities throughout the organisation and ensure that current health and safety legislation is adhered to by monitoring health and safety policies. A significant part of the role will involve assessment of the facilities maintenance and working practices covering including compliance, as well as recording and monitoring of actions from audits.
