Temporary facilities assistant/hospitality assistance needed Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Monday 23rd December - 08:30-17:30
Paying £12.00 - £13.15 per hour plus holiday pay (£13.45 -£14.74 per hour)
An award-winning architecture practice is looking for some temporary facilities/hospitality support in their offices close to Farringdon. Reporting into the Facilities Manager and working alongside the receptionist, they are looking for a hands-on, friendly and flexible individual to help this supportive team providing some holiday cover.
Responsibilities include - setting up meeting rooms and communal spaces, including the set up of tables and chairs. Maintaining the tidiness/cleanliness of the meeting rooms. Preparing refreshments for meetings, setting up meeting rooms with crockery/cutlery and clearing rooms afterwards. Ordering and shopping for food/refreshments, as necessary. Servicing staff tea points with beverages/cutlery and keeping areas clean. Unpacking and putting away deliveries, lifting heavy trays/supplies. Assisting the facilities manager in supervising/managing external contractors. To be on call for all facilities related issues.
Experience working within facilities gained from a professional/office-based setting is needed.
