We are currently recruiting Facilities Assistants for our clients within the City of London. These roles are within investment banks, professional services firms or Magic Circle law firms. Our clients are looking for candidates on both a temporary and temp to perm basis.

Duties will include:

  • Provides assistance in the post room such as sorting, delivering and franking post and booking couriers when necessary.
  • Assists with a range of stationery requests, including delivering stationery orders to the appropriate departments and tenants’ offices.
  • Supports all facilities services in a variety of ways as necessary e.g., covering reception and switchboard, assisting the Building Services team and ensuring that recommended Health and Safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Assists in the evacuation of the premises in the event of a fire or other emergency.
  • Effectively contributes to project/business performance by planning, co-ordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate.
  • Actively learns and develops to stay up to date with developments in area of expertise and to meet the changing needs of the job, team and organisation by participating in appraisal and appropriate learning activities.
  • Undertakes any other duties that may reasonably be required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Aid staff and visitors as needed
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
