I am seeking an experienced HR Advisor, to undertake generalist duties and provide support to the wider HR team.
This role sits within a busy HR department, at the heart of an NGO, so will provide a great amount of variety and exposure.
Key duties will include:
* Assist the HR Manager and Senior Advisory team with delivering a proactive professional HR service across the business.
* Support with a variety of daily HR administrative duties
* Provide a professional advisory service that gives effective solutions to people issues ensuring a balance between individuals and business need.
* Support with Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Employee Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change management, etc.
* Collaborate with other members in the team, to support on creating reports for management information and analytics purposes
In order to be considered you must have significant experience at HR Advisory level, ideally gained within a large organisation.
You will ideally hold or be working towards a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification, though this is not essential.
This is a 100% onsite role, working 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Payroll is via Simpson Judge, paid weekly, and salary on offer is up to 25 p/h plus holiday pay.
