Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. Due to increased business levels, they are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Tenancy Manager to join the team.
This role will involve dealing with all the pre-tenancy, renewals and terminations processes, as well as working closely with the property management team. To be considered for this position you will have superb organisational and customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
They are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience who can hit the ground running as this is a busy department. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
• Ideally have 3 to 5 years’ experience within tenancy management• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation• Excellent communication skills• Good customer service skills• Highly organised• IT literate.
Our client is offering a salary of ÂŁ30,000 to ÂŁ40,000 depending on previous experience.
