The Associate Client Services Officer will:
- Identify opportunities to enhance client servicing.
- Manage client accounts throughout their lifecycle, from pre-account submissions to ongoing support.
- Drive operational projects and ensure adherence to processes and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Foster and maintain key relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
- Provide high-touch client service and ensure client efficiency.
