Description

The Associate Client Services Officer will:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client servicing.
  • Manage client accounts throughout their lifecycle, from pre-account submissions to ongoing support.
  • Drive operational projects and ensure adherence to processes and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster and maintain key relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
  • Provide high-touch client service and ensure client efficiency.
