  • Produce reports (for example performance, holdings, transactions) to clients.
  • Ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in actively managing the client reporting onboarding
  • Liaise with clients and other departments to support with Asset funds
  • Analyse data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Managing and maintaining client reporting data.
  • Respond to client queries and requests.
  • Act as a point of contact for client reporting matters.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensuring client details are accurate and up to date
  • Support in mitigating risk.
  • Interact and communicate with stakeholders, clients and internal departments such as client service and operations teams, sales and IT.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within client reporting
  • Asset Management knowledge/experience
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
