About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Management Accountant to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of financial reporting and contributing to the business's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a full-time position based in London, offering a hybrid working model. The role reports to the Commercial Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide analytical insights and help drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support senior management in identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide financial guidance and support business strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management accounting, ideally with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Business Information systems like Qlikview or PowerBI.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
