An independent investment manager is seeking a proactive client service professional to assist in maintaining and expanding the global client base across institutional clients in the UK, Europe, and APAC such as pension funds, endowments, foundations, and sub-advised fund leveraging.
Main Duties
Responsible at the highest level for the overall client experience
Serve as the principal contact for clients, providing exceptional service that meets their unique needs promptly and exceeds expectations
Offer comprehensive access to the full suite of institutional investment strategies and insights
Regularly discuss investment performance and market dynamics with clients
Record client interactions within Salesforce and report on engagement metrics periodically.
Collaborate with Relationship Associate teams on operational and administrative client tasks.
Guide new client onboarding processes, collaborating with relevant internal department
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or other related subjects preferred
2-3 years of client service experience within Investment Management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Team oriented and team player.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
