Our consultancy supports a diverse clientele from niche start-ups to established market leaders across various sectors, including Investments, Payment Services, Financial Crime, Credit, Mortgages, Insurance, and Digital Assets.What You'll Do:As a Senior Manager, you will lead and deliver compliance solutions to our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:Client Delivery:- Manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.- Conduct audits, report findings, and make actionable recommendations.- Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.Sales and Marketing (minimal - doing the role is key they have lots of work)- Drive client sales and upselling efforts to meet financial targets.- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking seminars to promote our services.- Identify new business opportunities and assist with proposals.Team Management:- Support and motivate a skilled team of compliance professionals.- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and high-quality service.Stakeholder Relationships:- Engage with clients, industry bodies, and regulators.- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries.Who You Are:The ideal candidate will bring a strong insurance background and a passion for problem-solving.
