Sonic Summary

info
  • A multi-award-winning Chartered Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a managerial role.
  • The position involves supporting junior Paraplanners and managing workflow within a dedicated support team.
  • Candidates should have at least 3 years of Paraplanning experience, with flexibility on prior staff supervisory experience.
  • This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work closely with a high-performing Adviser.
  • The work arrangement is hybrid, combining office and home-based work, fostering a supportive environment.

Having worked closely with this multi award winning Chartered Wealth Management firm for nearly 10 years, we have seen them grow both organically and via acquisition in this time. We have secured a large number of roles for people within this firm, all of whom have gone on to have rewarding careers.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Paraplanner that wants their first move into managing staff.

You will be working for the firms highest billing Adviser, who has their own dedicated support team, which has a mix of Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Client Relationship managers in it. Part of the focus of this role will be to support more junior Paraplanners on a day-to-day basis. Duties will include the management and distribution of their workflow, regular reviews of the reports they produce and act as the first point of contact for any technical queries they have. In addition to this, you will be working very closely with the Adviser, attending client meetings and taking an active part in the product review and recommendation process.

If you are looking for a fresh challenge, but don’t want to go down the Adviser route, then this would be an excellent move for you. My client is looking for someone that is technically strong, as they deal with HNW and some UHNW clients, but can be flexible with regards to previous staff supervisory experience, as this is something they can train you on.

The role has the added advantage of being part office, part home based, working alongside a truly inspirational and entrepreneurial Adviser, who genuinely supports and appreciates the people that support him.

If you have at least 3 years solid Paraplanning experience, then my client would like to hear from you.
