An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Structured Product Operations Senior Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in London. This role is with an investment management firm specialising in alternative credit strategies, launched following the strategic acquisition of two leading European credit managers. The firm's capital base is underpinned by institutional investors including public pensions, corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and family offices. The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of Operations, bringing their strong product knowledge to bear on a range of responsibilities.

What you'll do:
As a Structured Product Operations Senior Analyst, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's investment strategies. You will be responsible for processing all trades in the Broadridge Paladyne and Sentry systems, ensuring accurate trade capture and timely settlement. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in conducting daily tri-party reconciliations and monitoring PB margin and financing requirements. With your understanding of cash products and FX hedging, you'll handle corporate actions processing and conduct monthly reviews of positions and cash to feed into the NAV sign off process. Additionally, you'll manage counterparty KYC and due diligence queries.
* Processing of all trades in the Broadridge Paladyne and Sentry systems* Working with the administrator and Prime Brokers' middle and back-office teams to ensure both accurate trade capture and timely settlement* Daily tri-party reconciliations between internal system, Administrator and PBs* Monitoring of PB margin and financing requirements* Understanding of cash products and FX hedging* Corporate actions processing* Monthly review of positions and cash to feed into the NAV sign off process* Counterparty KYC and due diligence queries
What you bring:
As a Structured Product Operations Senior Analyst, you bring a wealth of experience from the buy-side preferably from a credit fund. Your strong product knowledge spans across Bonds, Repo, CDS, FX, Loans, F&O, TRS, FX and complex transactions. You have a solid understanding of P&L and the NAV process. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various teams within the organisation. Your high attention to detail ensures accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
* Strong product knowledge including Bonds, Repo, CDS, FX, Loans, F&O, TRS, FX and complex transactions* Experience in Credit Markets with structured producs (Structured Credit, Structured Rates, Structured Notes) products an advantage* Understanding of P&L and the NAV process* Excellent communication skills* High attention to detail* Accuracy
