Leading Specialist Wealth Manager, Based Central London

£35000 - £42000 + Excellent Package & Bonus

An award-winning London Wealth Manager are looking to expand their team with the recruitment of an ambitious individual who would like to train and develop within the Wealth Management industry.

This is an exciting time to join the company as they have strong investment plans to significantly grow the company through 2025. The company offer an excellent, structured training & development program and will assist you with professional qualifications.

You will work closely with a Wealth Manager helping with the management of client relationships and technical administration. The role will begin with more of a support focus providing the perfect platform to learn, but with a view to developing your relationship management, client and technical skills for future progression towards becoming a wealth manager.

Specifics of the role will include (learning phase)

Prepare client meeting packs, meeting notes and presentation material.

Assist with pre client meeting research; preparing cashflow plans, client reviews and portfolio reports.

Process all new business, ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered too.

Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries, and manage the relationship in a professional manner.

Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.

Co-ordinate client reviews, ensuring consultants have the required information ·

Prepare client recommendation letters based on meeting notes and information provided from the Wealth Manager.

Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring the best levels of client management are maintained.

Attend client meetings when required and help build relationships.

Have a desire to learn, develop and advance your technical knowledge and skills.

Develop your business development skills and gain an understanding of how clients are developed.

To apply for the role, you MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE gained from a similar organisation - ideally Wealth Management, IFA, Investment provider or similar Financial Planning firm. Exposure to working with High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth clients would also be an advantage.

A strong educational background is essential, to understand complex solutions and conduct in depth analysis / research.

You will also need to display excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and desire to do well and have an all-round positive and enthusiastic approach.
