The company:Leading provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for both domestic and international clients in the manufacturing industry.
Main duties:To take charge of first-line sales and oversee the entire sales support process for the Benelux region.
The role:- To manage end-to-end customer relations, ensuring that all customer needs are met consistently and promptly in a professional manner.- To manage sales support activities, from making warm outbound calls and processing customer orders to maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing insightful reports- To maintain and update records for suppliers, sales, and customers in the company's CRM system for the designated region.- To process sales orders and address customer inquiries by phone and in writing.- To engage in trade shows, media events, and partner events to enhance the company's market presence.- To assist the Sales Manager with administrative, planning, and other operational tasks as needed.- To visit customers within UK and Benelux region.
The candidate:- Fluent Dutch (both written and spoken)- Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage abut is not necessary- Previous experience in Sales Support role - Working knowledge of CRP/ERP system- Full UK driving licence- Professional, and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationshipsThe salary: Up to 40,000 per annum
