Our client is seeking an experienced German Speaking Telesales Team Leader to join an exciting project in the renewable energy sector. This project focuses on the German market and requires someone with a solid background in telesales and telemarketing. You will be responsible for setting up the project alongside the Head of Business Development and managing a small telesales team working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring fluent communication in German.Provide accurate and regular follow-ups and updates on the German market project.Organise shifts and allocate telesales workload effectively within the teamCoordinate and set up the telesales project structure along with the client, incorporating telemarketing strategies as required.

About You:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, Lead Generation, project management, and team leadership, specifically in a German-speaking environment.

Profile:

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or Lead Generation, ideally in a B2C setting focused on the German market.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, with a strong ability to manage telesales teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing telesales projects or lead generation efforts.
