Do you have previous experience of high volume outbound calls and the ability to build rapport quickly? 

Our client providefinancial education services and deliver independent mortgage advice to clients across the UK and they are looking for a temporary Outbound call agent to join their team for around 4 weeks on a hybrid basis. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound customer service roles, ideally within the mortgage or a professional services sector. Communicating with existing and new clients setting up appointments with the specialist services team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities  

Finplan/Bluecoat reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each stage of the appointment booking process.  

Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers and protection advisers ensuring all clients are contacted in the necessary time frame. 

Organising diaries, speaking to the clients to arrange meetings, setting up the diary entry and following with up when needed.  

Providing personalised responses to clients via phone and over email. 

Be able to work at an efficient level of productivity including, call numbers and appointment booking that are required and set out by management.  

Skills 

The aptitude to work efficiently, enthusiastically in a proactive forward-thinking manner. 

You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to deal with mortgage advisers, protection advisers, solicitors and clients.  

You should have advanced phone etiquette and diary management. Be service driven with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.  

You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative, on your own as well as part of a team. 

Qualifications 

1 year’s minimum experience in a client/outbound customer services position. 

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software 

This is a temporary position for around 4 weeks, working on a hybrid basis you will be office based Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and working from home Wednesday and Friday.
