We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telephone Salesperson to collaborate with Advisors and Brokers in promoting a range of health, protection, and financial products. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating product benefits to drive sales and meet targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Advisors and Brokers via telephone to promote and support the sale of health, protection, and financial products.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information and address client inquiries confidently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Previous sales or telesales experience, preferably within financial services, health, or protection products.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
