Responsibilities
- Support and manage issues relating to all company applications and liaise with external vendors
- Provision, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure and services
- Administer user accounts, including MS O365, JAMF, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Analyse and resolve assigned first/second/third line support calls at the London Head Office and other regional offices
