Salary: 70,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (34.5 hours/week - we're open to discussing flexibility)
Location: Primarily remote with monthly visits to our London office

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines using Azure Synapse.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is clean, integrated, and optimized for analytics applications.
- Provide technical leadership, support team members, and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive best practices like code quality, DevOps processes, and automation.
What They're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Azure Synapse and related Azure Analytics tools.
- Strong skills in SQL, PySpark, and data modelling (dimensional).
- Experience with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and BI tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of Delta Lakes and Azure certifications is a plus.
