Description
As the Centre Manager in London, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
- Implement strategies to improve service delivery and profitability
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the centre
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
- Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts for the centre
Profile
A successful Centre Manager should have:
- Degree educated
- Proven experience in managing operations or a Luxury site
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
