Contact Centre Enrolment Manager (Consumer Sales) - Digital Learning in Higher Education!

Join a leader in the digital learning industry! I am working exclusively with a forward-thinking commercial company to hire a Contact Centre Enrolment Manager with experience of driving high performance in a direct to consumer / D2C / B2C digital sales / telesales environment. Ideally in higher education but this is not essential. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving results (lead conversion, student enrolment), I am seeking a Contact Centre Enrolment Manager to lead the dedicated enrolment sales team (3 direct reports, indirect reports c50) to new heights.

As the Contact Centre Enrolment Manager, you will be responsible for delivering results and improved performance through effective & efficient contact centreoperations, leveraging of technology, automation and AI and being data-driven to inform decisions.

You will be managing and leading a team of enrolment sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded. This role requires a good understanding of selling digital services to consumers (ideally in the Higher Education space), organising & optimising Salesforce and converting leads into student/learner enrolments.

It would be great for the Contact Centre Enrolment Manager to have:

  • Proven track record of success in direct to consumer / D2C / B2C digital sales / telesales within a call centre / customer care / contact centre operations environment
  • Experience of utilising AI and automation tools such as chatbots, RPA, IVR, virtual agents, whatsapp, workforce management.......
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build, develop, lead, inspire and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with telephony / customer service / contact center / customer experience software and platforms
  • Experience in digital learning, education and/or higher education would be ideal but not essential
