International Beauty company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their UK Head office team.

The Customer Service Supervisor holds a vital role in leading and improving the customer service operations and Sales Force Support for UK and Ireland. They will be responsible for leading the Customer Service and Sales Force Support team, resolving escalated issues, monitoring performance and implementing process improvements to ensure the highest standards of customer service are met

This position ensures the effective running of the Customer Service and Sales Force Support department by providing positive representation of the company to the independent Sales Force in providing excellence customer service support.

Key duties:

Assisting the Customer Service team in Managing enquiries and complaints

Maintaining and developing standard work procedures

Performance management and engagement of Customer Service & Sales Force Team

Collecting data and preparing reports

Ensure the CRM system is updated at all times for all forms of communication

Sales Force Support - Support the Sales Force Development Team with key administrative functions including recognition fulfilment and Sales Force Compliance.

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office in Central London - 3 days remote
