  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support, and guidance, ensuring personal and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, driving a first-time fix approach.
  • Support sales strategies and promotions, helping to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
  • Analyse team performance across all work baskets and identify areas for improvement.
