Highly successful, forward thinking and supportive consultancy are now looking for a driven and passionate individual to join their office support division. You will provide front of house support on a daily basis, and look after their office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about front of house, customer services and office management.

The role is based at their offices in the City of London.

Hours: 8.30-5.30pm

Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with enthusiasm and positivity
  • Answering the telephone and handling incoming enquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments
  • Ensuring the office and kitchen area is kept tidy
  • Manage office budget and supplier relationships/tenders
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Assisting the HR team with adhoc HR duties
  • Assisting the PA team with adhoc PA duties
  • Implement health and safety procedures

Role requirements

  • Office coordination/manager experience
  • Highly personable and passionate about customer services

  • Passionate about front of house and welcoming visitors in a warm and positive manner
