Delivery Driver

We are a very well-established French pastry, renowned for its Macaron.

Ladurée has over 100 retails worldwide. We currently have shops in London located at St Pancras, Harrods, Royal Exchange, Selfridges London, Heathrow T3 and Gatwick , 1 shop at Selfridges Manchester. We have also 1 Pop-up one in Bicester Village , 1 restaurant at Covent Garden and 2 coffee shops (Notting Hill and Mayfair).

Requirements

Driving:

- 5am starts

- Check and prepare the van

- Load the van

- Make deliveries in central London

- 2 times per week deliveries for Bicester and Heathrow

- Control right temperature in van at all time

- Comply with UK road regulations (The company will not be held responsible)

Warehouse and order preparation:

- Pick and prepare orders to be delivered to the stores the next day. Responsible for preparing daily macaron, prepared to go in -18 freezer.

- Keeping stock in rotation (First In First Out),

- Check for out of date items, and report to the manager

- Responsible for preparing daily requisition and last minute requisition for shops, make sure that all goods correspond with request, that all boxes are closed properly, taped and sighed.

- Tidy the Stock rooms, freezer, fridges, order room, corridors, loading bay and vans to the best standards of hygiene

- Heavy lifting, for example: Fridges, chairs, marble, tiles.

Goods:

- Responsible for receiving and dispatching the goods,

- Labelling received goods

- Report any anomaly or product not received to the manager

Corporate orders and events:

• Daily check orders forms on board in drivers room,

• Prepare the order at a suitable time to deliver on the customers schedule

• Guaranty the presentation up to standards (macaron box, hampers, etc.)

• On return, ensure the equipment is cleaned and put back in place
